Right of withdrawal for digital content

According to Section 312f (3) BGB, digital content is data that is not on a physical data carrier and that is produced and made available in digital form. Our products are digital content as they are delivered via download.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

In principle, consumers also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts for digital content. However, this expires prematurely in accordance with Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) if the entrepreneur has started to execute the contract after the consumer

  1. has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur will begin executing the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and
  2. has confirmed that he is aware that he will lose his right of withdrawal by agreeing to the execution of the contract.

Consent and confirmation of knowledge

The purchase of our products is only possible by expressly giving your consent to the execution of the contract by ticking a checkbox before the end of the withdrawal period and confirming that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal by giving your consent at the beginning of the execution of the contract . As a result, your right of revocation expires when download links are provided, so that you can no longer revoke your contract declaration from this point in time.
